About Darla Ellis

I have worked in the Makeup/Hair industry for over 20 years.  After receiving a Bachelor’s degree I wanted to find a career that was creative and customer based.  I found MAC Cosmetics and the passion for the beauty industry began.   After 4 years of learning and executing the craft of Makeup Artistry and managing a 1.3 million dollar counter my freelance business began to flourish.  Commercials, print and weddings led me away from the retail to start my own business.

In 2013 I expanded my education to include a Cosmetology license.  Being able to do both makeup and hair opened up opportunities in film and television.  I have worked on several films and the television series Znation for 5 seasons.

So much of what I love about the beauty industry is the creativity and relationship i build with my clients. Your trust and satisfaction is my number one priority.
